Kenneth Collings founded Colltec Solutions Ltd. in November 2016 whilst providing building maintenance and property management solutions for commercial and residential landlords.

Having been based in and around the Shoreditch Triangle for over a decade and working alongside all the trades and diagnostic engineers Ken has gathered a diverse wealth of expertise and experience saving landlord’s and tenant’s time and money through all aspects of building maintenance. Finding the solutions the client appreciates every day, every week, all year.

CollTec Solutions Ltd. has built relationships with numerous tradespeople who can be relied upon to deliver work to a high standard. There is no problem we can’t find a solution to.

During the Covid-19 Pandemic we have continued to provide essential maintenance services to safeguard people working from home and ensure landlords can fulfil their legal obligations to their residents.

The maintenance landscape during the pandemic has proved challenging but with the right training and equipment the important work must continue.
